It's one of the samples in the archive XeTeX-samples.tgz which you can
get at
<http://scripts.sil.org/cms/scripts/page.php?
site_id=nrsi&item_id=xetex_download>.
That said, it was used (and intended) as the basis for Will Robertson's
more developed fontspec package linked from
<http://scripts.sil.org/cms/scripts/page.php?
site_id=nrsi&item_id=xetex_related>, and originating from
<http://www.mecheng.adelaide.edu.au/~will/tex/>.
