[XeTeX] XeTeX release 0.7 available

Assuming successful installation, something like this should work:

	[nrsi-kew:~] jonathan% xelatex PicFileLSample.ltx
	... lots of terminal output as LaTeX runs ...
	Output written on PicFileLSample.pdf (3 pages).
