[XeTeX] fd/style files

I'm out of time, but will post where I'm at now for others to pick up 
if they want:

It includes fd files for Warnock Pro and Hoefler Text.  It also include 
sty files to access them.  I'd like someone to run with this and better 
exploit the features.  I've used superior digits for footnote marks in 
both cases, but you could imagine also:

	lining figures for headers and titles
	monospaced figures for tables
	etc.

I guess that would involve separate fd files for the different kinds of 
figures (warnock-table, warnock-lining, etc.).
