The alphabetic cuneiform Ugaritic looks quite good at a first glance.
This is the only Unicode font that contains Ugaritic, as far as I know
and it looks better than the Ugarite font from the Archaic package. It
would have been even better had it contained syllabic Ugaritic glyphs.
What really should be added for any serious Ugaritology is the variant
graphemes, e.g. the nu (or nun as it is called in the font) with four
wedges instead of three.
Specifically interesting is the fact that the Hebrew contains the
cantilation marks too! Up-till now only Lucida contained cantilation
marks next too vowel signs. I will certainly try the font and see
whether the kerning problems that Lucida gave me, are absent in this
font.
