[XeTeX] Small Caps with Lucida Bright

Hello all,

I discovered the solution to my own problem. I purchased Type 1 version of 
Lucida Bright from the same foundry that MS lincesed from, and I now 
discover that Adobe Acrobat does not display True Type very well, whereas 
the Type 1 version of the same font display very nicely in Acrobat. This 
may or may not be intentional as Type 1 was invented by Adobe.

This problem appears to not be specific to XeTeX but to the way PDF files 
are generated on OSX in general. Using Keynote and True TYpe fonts, I get 
the same problem.
