[XeTeX] Small Caps?

Not many of the fonts support advanced typography features like small 
caps:  Hoefler Text, Didot, Big Caslon, and Chancery are, AFAIK, the 
only ones that support small caps (and the first two are the only 
suitable for body text).  The only font that supports variations is 
Skia, and while it has a whole slew of other features, small caps 
aren't one of them.
