[XeTeX] Small Caps?

I tried this, but can't get it to work:

\font\myfont="MyriadMM:weight=400;width=200" at 9pt
\myfont Testing Myriad MM

I get this error:

! Font \myfont=Myriad:weight=400;width=200 at 9.0pt not loadable: ATSUI 
font not found.

However, it is accessible from TextEdit.
