[UKTUG-Committee-Motions] Procedure for election of Chair (2010 only) (JF-05/09/10-20:45)

VOTING CLOSES: 13/09/10 23:59

1.  The closing date for nominations for Chair is Monday 26th September.

2.  Candidates should include a statement (at most 1,000 words) and if 
they wish their email address and URL.

3.  Statements will be published on the UK TUG website, on pages with 
commenting disabled.

4.  If there is more than one candidate nominated then there will be an 
election by postal ballot.

5.  If there is an election then ballots will be sent out Monday 4th 
October.

6.  If there is an election then the closing date for the receipt of 
votes is midnight on Thursday 14th October
