MOTION:

That the Membership Secretary be authorised to accept membership 
applications and renewals, for both membership of UK-TUG and joint 
membership of TUG and UK-TUG, where payment (if required) is made 
electronically; such acceptance shall be conditional upon evidence of 
the payment being provided. The Membership Secretary, in consultation 
with the Treasurer, shall determine the type of evidence which will be 
acceptable, and shall notify members and prospective members accordingly.
