MOTION: That, for the avoidance of doubt, the UK-TUG Committee rules 
that the provisions of Clause 25(1) of our Constitution, regarding the 
use of electronic communication to provide notice, apply in particular 
to notice of motions to be considered at general meetings, so that these 
provisions overrule those of Clause 10(5).
