MOTION: The committee may, in the event of an individual's financial hardship, waive the UK-TUG entrance fee or membership fee for a given year.  Any such waiver must be reported to the next AGM.  The report shall, for each waiver, explain why it was granted, but shall not identify the beneficiary.
