[UKTUG-Committee-Motions] (JS-15/10/08-15:05) Postal ballot of members on new constitution

That a postal ballot of members be held to decide on the adoption of a
new constitution, after consultation with members during the period
October 2007 to January 2008, in accordance with Committee motion
DS-23/04/08-15:45 and Motion 7 from the 2006 AGM. 

The ballot shall close at 2pm on Saturday 22nd November, and ballot
papers shall be mailed to members at least fourteen clear days
beforehand.
