MOTION:

That the Committee create a Bursary and Travel Expenses subcommittee,
whose purpose is to consider applications for bursaries and travel
expenses to attend the TUG 2008 conference, and to make recommendations
to the full committee.

And further that the following are to be the members of this
subcommitte:
* Jonathan Fine
* Charles Goldie
* David Saunders
* Jonathan Underwood
