MOTION:
That the UK TUG set up an archived mailing list
uktug-announce at uk.tug.org specifically to allow the committee to post
notifications to members. The list archives to be viewable to members
only. All members of UK TUG will be subscribed to the list. This is
intended as a read only mailing list to which only committee officers
may post (Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, Membership Secretary).
