[UK-TUG] Election of Chair

Dear Member,

The two-year term of Alan Moon as Chair of UK-TUG comes to an end at the
conclusion of the upcoming AGM. I received one nomination for the
position, for Simon Dales. As a result, there is no need for an election
and Simon will become Chair of UK-TUG at the end of the formal AGM on
the 20th of October.

I will be circulating motions for the AGM and final details a little
later in the week.
