[UK-TUG] Speaker meeting and AGM

Dear Member,

The UK-TUG Speaker Meeting and AGM took place yesterday. A short summary
of the speaker meeting is now available on the UK-TUG website:

I have attached the draft minutes of the AGM: please let me know if
there are any corrections to be made.

There were not sufficient members present at the AGM to reach a quorum,
even allowing for proxy votes received. The committee will therefore
arrange an Special Electronic General Meeting to vote on motions
presented to the AGM. Full details of this meeting will be sent in a
separate e-mail.
