[UK-TUG] Paperwork from Dave Crossland

Hello all,

I had an unexpected message from Dave Crossland (previous Secretary) on
Thursday, and met up with him yesterday. I've finally got hold of the
UK-TUG paperwork he had. This is mainly membership forms from 2002 and
2003. I'm going to have a look over the stuff and see if there is
anything that needs raising more widely.

P.S. Has anyone heard from Alan recently? I don't see any messages from
him since March.
