AGM: Committee reports

Dear Member,

With the AGM approaching, the Committee are preparing reports on the 
activities of UK-TUG over the last year. Please find attached the 
Accounts, Treasruer's report and combined Membership 
Secretary's/Webmaster's report.

As we said previously, the AGM takes place on the 14th of November at 
UCL. We look forward to seeing you there.
