[Tugindia] Range of pages in book index

[Sasi Kumar]

I am typesetting the Malayalam version of an English book in which the
index contains some entries where a range of pages is shown, not a single
page or a list of pages. Wnder how that could be done in LaTeX. Any help to
fo that would be appreciated.
