I think this is the way to go.

For this I think we should prepare a thorough agenda, approach and scehma and
at some levels standarize it and announce it at a national level provinding
links to websites.

We should plan out a course content.

Once that is drwan out, we should think of conducting one day workshops at
various place and continue the conversations and efforts in this fashion.

In Delhi, there are specific punlishing schools and colleges and i intend to
approach these to begin with and then later look at the small publishing
enterprises.
