Could you send me privately a small document and one eps that has
Arial or whatever font (choose the smallest one), so that I can try
and get back with the right solution? We have to iron out the
issues, since it is one of the many ways of making a pdf from TeX
sources and people should be confident enough to employ it if
situation warrants.
