[Tuglist] LaTeX command reference manual?

Here is a forwarded mail from Tirthankar intended to help Saravanan,
who has asked for a comprehensive LaTeX reference manual. While
appreciating Tirthankar for forwarding a document in pdf format, I
am constrained to say that sending a 233 KB document to a mailing
list is a huge waste of bandwidth. The best way would be to put the
doc at some location in the Internet and post the URL to the list.

So I've removed the attachment and forwarded the mail to the list.
Also, I've sent the document to Saravanan separately so that the
objective is fulfilled.

By the way, is the document freely distributable? Who holds the
copyright and what're the copying conditions? If it is freely
distributable, we shall keep this in the TUGIndia site.

if you need a short a sweet command-reference, then attached file
