You cant get rid of this, insted you've to live with that. In fact,
supp-mis.tex is part of ConTeXt, but used by pdfLaTeX as well. The
package adds certain support modules and provides missing macros and
declaration of certain registers.

Hans Hagen's naming of the package has a confusing effect. So no
worries, carry on.
