Your AMS fonts setup is erratic. You need the following AMS font
definition files and packges in your TeX tree:

   4 ueuex57.fd       4 ueuex.fd         4 ueuf57.fd       4 ueuf.fd
   4 ueur57.fd        4 ueur.fd          4 ueus57.fd       4 ueus.fd
   4 umsa57.fd        4 umsa.fd          4 umsb57.fd       4 umsb.fd
   8 amsfonts.sty    16 amssymb.sty      4 cmmib57.sty     4 eucal.sty
   4 eufrak.sty       4 euscript.sty

And the following AMS TeX Fonts Metric files:

Without the above files, amssymb.sty and amsfonts.sty cannot help you
to successfully typeset a document that includes AMS fonts. You can
copy these files from your linux box to your MikTeX system.
