[Tuglist] More level of sectioning

There are  \section , \subsection and  \subsubsection ,
that is.  one can have  only three level  of sectioning
which allow section number as "2.4.3"

Is  there   any  class   which  allow  more   level  of
sectioning, like "2.4.3.1".

Or is it against  standard practice of documentation to
have section level more than three.
