CALL FOR CONTRIBUTIONS

13th Annual Meeting of the European TeX users & 10th Polish TeX Conference
                              EuroBachoTeX 2002
    April 29 - May 3, 2002, Bachotek (Brodnica Lake District), Poland
**************************************************************************

The coming annual meeting of Polish Tex Users Group GUST held
traditionally in Bachotek lake resort will host the annual meeting
of the European TeX users. The language of the meeting will be
English and Polish in the last day(s).

This will be the 10th jubilee meeting of GUST. We hope it will be
exciting and informative. We hope Bachotek is worth visiting.

The theme of the meeting is ***   TeX and beyond   ***

The list of possible topics includes:

  --- Tools: TeX-ware, editors, drivers etc...;
  --- Specialized macros and formats;
  --- Fonts;
  --- Multimedia publications;
  --- PostScript, PDF, SGML, HTML, XML, MathML, tools and
      applications;
  --- Paper publications vs electronic publishing;
  --- Textual databases;
  --- Typography issues;
  --- Standards.

There will be regular presentations as well as tutorials.
Presentations may consists of regular papers, announcements of new
fonts, sets of macros, tools, etc., studies based and professional
practice and other. Conference materials will be available at the
meeting.

Paper submissions (abstracts only), proposals for tutorials and
remarks relating to the program of the meeting should be sent to the
Program Committee chair Andrzej Borzyszkowski (e-mail:
EuroBachoTeX@gust.org.pl) by February 14, 2002.

Submissions should indicate also the language the talk will be
delivered. If the language is planned to be Polish please submit the
English abstract, if possible.

The full version of the contributions is due on April 4, 2002. Even
if the submission is not a regular paper, we invite the prospective
authors to have a written contribution included in the materials,
just to immortalize their participation.
