[tlu] Concurrent gpg and infra updates (was Re: new beta)

This is just the situation I found myself in today, as I was updating a Mac I hadn't used for months (my former Mac -- 2010 MacBook Pro 17" -- to be used while my current Mac -- 2015 MacBook 12" -- is out for battery maintenance for a week or so).

First there was the GnuPG update notification:

I applied the update. Then texlive.infra was the next offered update in the main window:

I pressed "Update All", but that triggered an error:

Based on the messages in the Log window, I'm wondering whether this is because tlmgr looked for the infra update at

http://www.preining.info/tlgpg/update-tlmgr-latest.sh

I couldn't inspect the content http://www.preining.info/tlgpg/ (ie list it), but I suspect there's no update-tlmgr-latest.sh there.

I pressed Update All again, this time the infra update was applied successfully. It was looked for at

http://ctan.tetaneutral.net/systems/texlive/tlnet/update-tlmgr-latest.sh

Then all the regular updates were applied. I can't remember right now whether this was after pressing Update All one more time, or whether this occurred automatically after the infra update (I think the latter, but I'm not sure).

I'm reporting because I don't know whether this is how things are supposed to be. In case that helps, the associated Log output is attached.
