[tlu] [ TeX Live Utility 2018 ] broken update URL

Hello,

	The update URL

		http://mirror.switch.ch/ftp/mirror/tex/systems/texlive/tlnet/

	in the TeX Live Utility 2018 is broken, and so I get a "Listing Failed."-error message.

	Searching on the Internet, I found out that it should be

		http://www.pirbot.com/mirrors/ctan/systems/texlive/tlnet
