[tlu] TeX Live Utility Version 1.03 for PPC Mac

Ok, got it now on my PPC Mac and it runs well as far as I can tell, did 
a test install of a package and it succeeded

Thanks much; I got the download and on this machine it works. But "this 
machine" is not the 10.5 PPC Mac; I'll get to that later.
