[tlu] [MacTeX] GPG, TLU, and... TLCrypto.pm error

I tried this on OS X 10.6.8.  Went through
 - grabbing Norpert's gpg stuff (after I said 'yes')
 - updating infrastructure
 - updating packages

Thanks, Adam.  Looks good.

I will do this on 10.10 and 10.11 as time avails itself.
