[tlu] sha1 checksum check

Dear team, 

i just downloaded the TeX Live Utility Version 1.17 from TeX Live Utility.app-1.17.tar.gz

When i check the sha1 checksum i get

julek: ~/Downloads $ openssl sha1 TeX\ Live\ Utility.app-1.17.tar 
SHA1(TeX Live Utility.app-1.17.tar)= 3d9885b669152e4993f978b36dd8e46842f8667d

This however is not the checksum you list on the webpage (https://code.google.com/p/mactlmgr/downloads/detail?name=TeX%20Live%20Utility.app-1.17.tar.gz&can=2&q=):

SHA1 Checksum:	4997db74be684520bc33bf51c19eea104b9074e4 

Could you please confirm that the file for download has not been corrupted?
