[tlu] moved to GitHub

I've moved TLU sources to GitHub, since Google no longer allows
hosting downloads. This means there's a new beta, and I'd
appreciate any verification that it works, since I'm also building
on a new machine and had to make some changes for the latest Xcode.

No real idea what the changes are, and it's too late here to
trawl through the commit notices :).

Any testing on Yosemite would be greatly appreciated, as I can't
reproduce the updmap problem reported here.
