[tlu] TLUNotifier

Howdy,

On one of my systems I still see TLUNotifier on the list of (inactive --- I prefer to do things manually) Notifications in System Preferences along with TeX Live Utility. On my other system I only have TeX Live Utility on the list. I'm guessing that goes back to when Notifications for TLU was in the testing stage. Is there anything I can do to remove TLUNotifier from the list?
