This now produces

   = Readme (primary package documentation)

But the libertineotf package has been auto-removed (moved to obsolete at
CTAN) so the first choice is unavailable; it was an inappropriate choice
even before the latest changes because it documented the wrong package.

Will this eventually sort itself out, with a re-indexing or similar?
