[tldoc] pl.pl updated

I've just commited to svn (rougly) updated tlpkg/translations/pl.po 
(rev. 14930).
Will chisel it later. Tomek, please have a look at it, thanks from 
the mountains (you can understand this famous joke from BachoTeX :-).
When saving the file in poedit I always have:

03:07:46: C:\0tl09\tlpkg\translations\pl.po:429: `msgid' and `msgstr' entries do not both end with '\n'
03:07:46: msgfmt: found 1 fatal error

I'm going to switch for updating the translation of "The TL Guide".
