OK, anyway I played yesterday with all suggestions sent by Reinhard
(thanks for that, btw) and can have easilly "e" with double accents, but
at that time I get always \'r instead of \`a when using iso8859-2 (proper)
encoding. So the current (my!) version on svn is much better.
I think the problem is with .htf files for latin-2 (iso8859-2) or some
aliases that takes unicode instead. Will return to that later, OK?
I also think that encoding set in the browser (I use IE and Firefox)
has nothing to do in that regard.
