[tldoc] TeX Collection 2005

I've finally managed to update the various images and web pages for the
TeX Collection 2005, including TeX Live, proTeXt, and MacTeX.  Problem
reports and suggestions are welcome.  (The bugs page for TL already
needs updating, but I couldn't get to it today.)  They should show up on
CTAN shortly.
