Hi Andre,

    What should I do, to get the Python scripts into texlive? 

They are -- in doc/support/gitfile-info.  They're under doc/support
rather than doc/latex because that's where your gitfile-info is.  I can
move them if you want, although doc/support actually seems better to me.

Did they really say tldistro at tug.org?  If so, I'll have to tell them;
the general list tex-live at tug.org is the place to write for such
packaging questions.  This list is for other things (how TL is imported
into operating system distros).

(Might as well just reply to me with any further questions/discussion
for this one, no need for any list. :)  --best, karl.
