[tldistro] zlib-1.2.6 and XeTeX

It has turned out that undump*() does sufficient error checking, such that
a subsequent test for end-of-file is superfluous and consequently has been
removed from all TeX-like engines and from MF (TL SVN r25408).  No more
dependency on zlib Version 1.2.5 or 1.2.6.
