[tldistro] TeXLive 2009 Building problem

Hi folks!
I wanted to build the TeXLive 2009 on my Linux PC with Mandriva Linux 
2010.0. I have downloaded
ftp://tug.org/historic/systems/texlive/2009/texlive-20091107-source.tar.xz
sources and tried to build it. But there is the same point, where it 
fails, without dependency on the building method (./Build or ./configure 
--parameters && make):

the last 'sed' line is:

where is the the problem?
