In case anyone isn't already aware, we're closing in on the TeX Live 2009 release. I've started to build tarballs (and iso's) nightly (along with our tlnet directory). They're at ftp://tug.org/texlive/Images/test. If anything about the release setup should be changed this year, let me know asap. Thanks, Karl
