On the same subject, after a Tex Live build, I always have four
files like that in /tmp (and I have had them for as long as I can
remember so there's nothing new here):

dvipdfmx.3yRQcj
dvipdfmx.G09hnw
dvipdfmx.hQWGOL
dvipdfmx.wJ3Ufe

Each one contains:

tx at Dict begin /STV {} def end

Given their time stamps, they are created towards the end of the
build.

I always delete them but if they could be deleted by whatever
created it, it might be better.
