Hi Martin,

Thanks for the update.
For those who need to cross compile, modify the makefile as below and
there is no need to build himktables for the host system anymore.

sed -i 's|\./himktables\$(EXEEXT)|#\./himktables\$(EXEEXT)|'
texk/web2c/Makefile.in
