[tlbuild] Line endings in LuaJit *.bat files

The recent update of the LuaJit sources break 'git svn fetch ; git svn rebase'.
Could somebody more proficient with the matter look into this?
I believe, file 'texlive-source/libs/.gitattributes' should contain '* text=auto'.
