[tlbuild] error: unknown type name ‘off64_t’ in zziplib

I've tried to rebuild TeX Live (svn://tug.org/texlive/trunk/Build/source)
on a Debian machine. But I get the following error:

../../../libs/zziplib/zziplib-src/zzip/conf.h:50:23: error: unknown type name ‘off64_t’

This could be the same issue as

with the explanations at

Indeed, the configure script has not been fixed: I can still see
echo lines with \\1.
