[tlbuild] Spurious warning about insufficient disk space

Hi,

I just tried to install the pretest on this partition:

Filesystem         Size       Used      Avail %Cap Mounted on
/dev/wd0i           16G       869M        14G   5% /usr/local

on a NetBSD system.

I get the following warning right before installing:

*** WARNING ****************************************************
The installation requires 7588M of disk space
but only 7110M is available.

Looks like the available space is divided by 2. Perhaps a
confusion between half-kB and kB as normally reported by NetBSD
df command:

   By default, all sizes are reported in 512-byte block counts.
