Folks,

Ignore my libpng comment. I read a little more libpng code, and the coders seem to twist and turn like a ballet dancer every time they deal with arm optimization.

The only reason I wrote is that I must use the flag --disable-arm-neon when building TeX Live on Arm, but I don't have to use it or a similar flag when compiling Ghostscript on Arm. I thought I'd stumbled onto something. Now I see it was a patch of quicksand.
