[tlbuild] icu-65.1 in TL and -lpthread

I did a search of the /usr/include tree on Solaris 10 x86 and Solaris
11.4 x86-64, and found these definitions of the symbols ES and CS:

/usr/include/sys/crtctl.h:#define       CS      0112    /* Clear Screen */
/usr/include/sys/regset.h:#define       CS              15
/usr/include/sys/regset.h:#define       ES              2

Unless the TeX Live code that stumbles on them is doing inline
assembly, it should be perfectly fine to #undef them.
