[tlbuild] unknown host: tug.org

Hello,

I want to download the tex live source file in order to compile it on my laptop. I try to use rsync with the command:
                           rsync -a --delete --exclude=.svn tug.org::tldevsrc/Build/source/ /your/dir/
However, it does not work because of “unknown host: tug.org”.
Could please help me to solve this issue? Or could you please tell is this caused by my PC (and internet connection) or by the server of tex live?
