[tlbuild] XeTeX on amd64-freebsd: two freetype?

Today I got a report that new amd64-freebsd binary is ok:

xetex:
        libfontconfig.so .1 => /usr/local/lib/libfontconfig.so.1 (0x801d72000)
        libfreetype.so .6 => /usr/local/lib/libfreetype.so.6 (0x801dbc000)
